Flexible architecture supports multiple reporting configurations

ISOdx incorporates the same industry-standard HTTPS protocol used by online banking systems, but
depending on the security needs of your customers, ISOdx can be configured a number of different ways
to meet requirements.

  1. Standard non-agent client-server configuration — provides secure communication outbound from customer devices using industry-standard SSL communication methodology

  2. Proxy-based communication — facilitates method 1 with a single outbound connection

  3. Just-in-time — only sends the support forensics when customer wants to send it using methods 1 or 2 above

  4. Strict customer requirement for information to leave the organization — in this case, the entire
    end-to-end solution is completely housed within the customer’s environment
