ISOdx Solutions Wins Stevie Award in 9th Annual American Business Awards

COLUMBUS, OH – June 21, 2011 – Netezza, an IBM company, presented its 2011 Valued Partner Award to ISOdx Solutions, LLC at the 9th Annual American Business Awards ceremony last night at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The ceremonies were hosted by Cheryl Casone of the Fox Business Network and broadcast nationwide by the Business Talk Radio Network. 

Netezza, the global leader in data warehouse and analytic appliances, rec- ognized ISOdx for reducing the time to trouble-shoot host system problems caused by software configuration changes from hours and days to minutes. Netezza’s Principal Support Analyst Jim Coleman said,“Deploying ISOdx really gave our support organization a shot of adrenalin. Prior to ISOdx, the only way we could resolve these problems was to throw support and development resources at them for extended periods of time. Although these problems represented only a small subset of all problems, they were very disruptive to customer operations. What ISOdx did was nothing short of magic—it made these problems disappear. Since deploying ISOdx we have not had a single protracted outage because of one of these problems, and we have realized three times the purchase price of ISOdx in opportunity cost savings.”

Stevie Awards were presented in more than 40 categories. More than 2,800 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration. More than 200 executives across the country participated in the judging process to determine the Finalists and Stevie Award winners.
