ISOdx Documentation Ranked “Best-in-Class”

COLUMBUS, OH, DECEMBER 9, 2008 —The Northeast Ohio Society for Technical Communication (NEO -STC) recently awarded ISOdx, a division of Cranel, Inc., a merit award for the “ISOdx User’s Guide Help” in the Online Publication Competition. The Society's international online communication competition (IOCC) recognizes the outstanding accomplishments and innovations of technical communicators who design and develop online information.

Prior to winning the 2008-09 STC Online Communication award—it’s second consecutive STC award—ISOdx was awarded the 2007-08 merit award in the Effective Communication Competition for one of its manuals, the “ISOdx Product Documentation Set,” sponsored by the West Michigan Shores chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (WMS-STC).
