IT Change Control Software Leader Acknowledged for Innovation in Infrastructure


COLUMBUS, OH, May 5, 2009 – ISOdx today announced it has been named the winner of the Innovation in Infrastructure award by the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI), the Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA), and the Technology Professional Services Association (TPSA). ISOdx was recognized today by these three global technology service organizations at the Technology Services World (TSW) conference today in Silicon Valley.

Produced by AFSMI, SSPA, and TPSA, Technology Services World 2009 Silicon Valley is the largest gathering of service executives and management, who come together to focus on breakthrough service economics that impact efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Winners and finalists were selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts, AFSMI/ SSPA/TPSA members, and vice president of technology research John Ragsdale.

As a winner of the Spring 2009 Recognized Innovator in the Innovation in Infrastructure category, ISOdx was honored for leveraging infrastructure improvements to cut operating expenses and improve employee productivity, including actual savings to the bottom line.
