JAMES WALLACE
President and CEO
James Wallace founded Cranel, Inc., the parent company of ISOdx, in 1985 and today guides the overall strategic direction for both ISOdx and Cranel. Prior to founding Cranel, Jim was not only the owner of Microtech, an electronic component manufacturer's representatives firm, but also established Cascade Data, an electronic component company, and REP Associates, a business computer firm. Through Jim's leadership and his more than 30 years experience in information technology and engineering, Cranel has grown into an expansive company with locations across the U.S. A graduate of North Dakota State University, Jim also received a MBA from the University of Iowa and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. |

MICHAEL CUSH
Chief Technology Officer
Mike joined Cranel in October 2000. Prior to his appointment as CTO, he served as vice president of Technical Services for Resource One Computer Systems. He also held positions with Sun Microsystems, Retrobox (now Intechra) and The Ohio State University's Computer and Information Science Department. Mike began leading the development of ISOdx in 2004. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, and was recognized in Business First's Columbus 40 under 40 in 2000. |

DAVID SEMAN
Manager, Business and Channel Operations
With his entire career dedicated to the IT field, Dave has experience that ranges from operations and installation to development and management of all IT departmental functions. Industries he has worked in include mortgage banking, engineering, healthcare, IT consulting, and software development, delivery and support services and he has held board level positions on several IT industry professional organizations. His previous management positions include manager of computer operations and director of computer services for a healthcare facility; business development manager and director of consulting services for a software vendor; and vice president of consulting services, human resources, partnership development and outsourcing for Sterling Commerce, a global software company. With ISOdx, Dave oversees all ISOdx business and channel sales functions. |
GREG SPIEGELBERG
Manager, Product Development
In August 2002, Greg joined Cranel to begin development of ISOdx. Since that time, he has served as manager of the development team and chief architect of the product. Before coming to Cranel, he was the Open Systems Group team lead for Resource One Computer Systems, IT Security Analyst for Ernst & Young, and Systems Consultant at Science Applications International Corporation, Alliance Data Systems and Lucent Technologies. He has worked in IT consulting and software development ever since graduating from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics. |
VALERIE NIXON
Director, Marketing
Val, who has focused the past 12 years of her career in the technology sector, joined ISOdx in February of 2007. She began her career in communications as a newspaper reporter, and branched into public relations and marketing. Marketing/communications management positions she held in Columbus, Ohio include Otterbein College, Riverside Methodist Hospitals, Metatec (now Zomax). She also served as director of corporate communications for Sterling Commerce, a global software company, and held a marketing management role in Tampa with BST Global prior to joining ISOdx. |
